Shipping Charges To simplify the checkout procedure, all NZ online orders have freight calculated on a table-rate, based on the total cost of your order. This averages out to be correct, however if we are able to choose a better method of freight when we process the order (for small but expenisve items) then we will only charge you for the lower freight rate.
Goods and Services Tax All prices are shown on our web site exclude GST (domestic sales tax). This gets added to the cart at checkout, with the exception of international orders, these are not subject to GST. International Orders All international orders will be shown during checkout without any freight costs. Once you checkout we will contact you with freight costs and options. At this point you can either proceed with one of the freight options or cancel the order. No international orders will be processed without your agreement to the freight charge. Packaging & Handling We do not charge extra for packaging or handling. Our freight charges are for just that... freight. Delivery Times We keep the majority of our products in stock. We endeavour to ship all stock products on the day we receive the order. Should an item be out of stock we will ensure that it is shipped ASAP. For any items which are on backorder and may be more than a day or so, we will call you and advise. Non-Stock Items If you see a brand on our web site, but you do not see the model that you would like, please give us a call on 0800 500 460 and let us know the details. Where possible we will source the item for you and give you a no obligation quote.
