The Trilex Clinometer is a hand-held instrument for measuring vertical angles. A traditional Clinometer model featuring an aluminium protected sighting system for withstanding tough work site conditions.
Sighting system: The Trilex Clinometer is equipped with a parallax free glass lens magnification (10x) sighting system, integrated in the aluminium housing.
Capsule: Anti-static liquid filled for optimal dampening of the clinometer card.
Clinometer card: The Trilex Clinometer is equipped with an aluminium clinometer card and a precision scale. Sapphire jewel bearings are used, for friction free movement of the card allowing fast and accurate readings.

I'm so pleased to see these back

After a long hiatus since Silva stopped producing inclinometers, I'm pleased to see that Trilex has taken up the design. Very similar to the Silva design, these are reliable, strong (due to the aluminium frame) and easy to use.

I bought the compass version of this and it was really good, so I have now bought the clinometer to go with it. Both are really good and very compact.
