All NZ online orders have freight calculated during checkout.
GST - GOODS AND SERVICES TAX
All prices are shown on our web site, exclude GST (domestic sales tax). This gets added to the cart at checkout, with the exception of international orders, these are not subject to GST.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders need to be quoted first. Please email us at info@trig.nz with a list of the items you would like and we can get you a freight quote.
DANGEROUS GOODS
Spray paint and other hazardous items are shipped as "Dangerous Goods" by road freight only, and as a result, we cannot ship these products to certain destinations such as rural addresses. If you live in a rural address, they can be sent to a local shop or other pickup location by your arrangement.
Paint must be ordered in minimum of 12 cans per order (mixing colours is fine). If there is an issue with your order, we will be in contact.
DELIVERY TIMES
We keep the majority of our products in stock. We endeavour to ship all stock products on the day we receive the order. Should an item be out of stock we will ensure that it is shipped ASAP. For any items which are on backorder and may be more than a day or two, we will call you and advise.
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, the seller is not legally obliged to refund or exchange a product because the buyer has changed their mind or because the buyer ordered an incorrect product. However, if the Goods received are faulty the seller we will meet their obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. Goods purchased for business or trade use are not covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act. 'Change of mind' returns will only be accepted only if the seller has approved the return before the item is sent back to the seller. If an item is returned to the seller for credit or exchange without consent, the item will be held for the buyer to arrange returned freight at the buyer's cost. Some items may not be eligible for return, due to discounted stock, or items brought in to order etc. A refund is at the seller's sole discretion and may incur a 6% restocking fee on the original purchase price. The buyer will also incur the cost of freight both from the original delivery and for the return of the goods to the sellers warehouse.
